Accepted Policies

Below are SoSa's policies on major issues related to publication ethics.

Authorship and Responsibility: Authors must submit a completed application form declaring that they take full responsibility for the entire content of the manuscript, that their contributions meet authorship criteria, that publication rights will belong to SoSa upon acceptance, and that they wish for their manuscript to be published in SoSa.

Ethical Approval: Research involving human participants or animals must be conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, the Belmont Report, and CIOMS guidelines. When necessary, authors must obtain approval from a ethics committee and provide information on informed consent obtained from participants.

Similarity and Plagiarism: All manuscripts submitted to SoSa are checked for similarity and plagiarism. The similarity rate must not exceed 20%. Manuscripts that fail to meet this criterion, or those that have been previously published elsewhere, will not be considered. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality and ethical integrity of the manuscript.

Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial, personal, or other relationships that could influence their research. Such disclosures should be included in the manuscript.

Data Integrity: Authors may be required to provide raw data for editorial review. The manipulation or fabrication of data is strictly prohibited and will result in the rejection of the manuscript. If ethical violations are detected after publication, the paper will be retracted and sanctions will be applied to the authors.

Anonymity and Consent: Authors are responsible for maintaining the anonymity of individuals in their research. For any photographs or identifiable information, authors must obtain and provide signed consent from the individuals or their legal representatives.
