Sosyal Bilimler Alanında Web of Science’da Taranan Fotoses Yöntemiyle Yapılan Sağlık Araştırmaları

Öz

Photovoice (fotoses) yöntemi, bireylerin ve toplulukların deneyimlerini fotoğraflar aracılığıyla ifade etmelerini sağlayan bir araştırma yöntemidir. Sağlık alanında fotoses yöntemi ihtiyaç analizi ve değerlendirme, bireysel ve toplumsal güçlendirme, eleştirel bilinç geliştirme ile politika ve sistem değişimi gibi işlevler nedeniyle kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, sağlık alanında fotoses yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilen ve Web of Science Core Collection’da yer alan sosyal bilimler araştırmaları bibliyometrik açıdan incelenmiştir. Tarama 23.05.2026 tarihinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmaya yalnızca son 5 yıl içinde Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) kapsamında taranan makaleler dahil edilmiştir. Tarama sonucunda toplam 562 makaleye ulaşılmıştır. Veriler Web of Science platformunun “Analyze Results” modülü ve VOSviewer (versiyon 1.6.20) yazılımı kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Bulgulara göre makaleler en sıklıkla Amerika Birleşik Devletleri (ABD), Kanada ve İngiltere’de üretilmiştir. En sık yayın yapan kurumlar University of London, University of British Columbia ve University of Toronto’dur. Çalışmalar ağırlıklı olarak “Public Environmental Occupational Health”, “Social Sciences Interdisciplinary” ve “Social Sciences Biomedical” kategorilerinde yer almıştır. “Photovoice” yöntemi sağlık araştırmalarında giderek artan biçimde kullanılmaktadır. Türkiye’de konuya ilginin son yıllarda arttığı görülmüştür. Çalışma “photovoice” yönteminin sağlık araştırmalarındaki güncel eğilimleri ortaya koyarak gelecekte yapılacak araştırmalara katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir.
